Miera náhrady (Replacement Ratio): miera náhrady je percento príjmu, ktoré potrebujú dôchodcovia jednotlivci v penzii na udržanie životného štandardu na aký sú zvyknutí. Je to zvyčajne medzi 60 a 90 % pracovného príjmu daného jednotlivca.

Replacement Ratio: the replacement ratio is the percentage of income that a retired individual needs to maintain to be able to live the same standard of living that he or she is accustomed to. It is usually between 60 and 90% of what the individual was making while working.
