Výrobné prostriedky (Means of Production): aktíva používané vo výrobnom procese v dlhodobom horizonte, napríklad budovy, zariadenia, počítače. Niektorí teoretici tiež zahŕňajú pozemky, kým iní tvrdia, že výrobné prostriedky sú len statky vytvorené ľudským úsilím za účelom tvorby ďalších statkov.
